Refers to ShuleGram Ltd., the provider of the Service
The individual (Teacher, Parent, or Guardian) accessing the Service
The student under 18 whose educational information is shared
Legal guardian who has provided verifiable consent
Educator or school staff member authorized to use the Service
All data, text, images, video, audio, and other material uploaded
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Teacher accounts are subject to verification by their educational institution.
Before a Child's profile is created or their data is processed, the designated Parent must provide explicit, verifiable consent.
By creating a Learner profile, you represent and warrant that you are the Child's Parent or Legal Guardian or have obtained all necessary authorizations.
You are solely responsible for the Content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your original Content.
By posting Content, you grant ShuleGram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.
This license terminates when you delete your Content or account, except for reasonable archival copies maintained by our systems.
You acknowledge that Content you post about a Child (e.g., a photo or video) will be shared with that Child's verified Parent(s) and authorized Teachers. You agree you have all necessary rights and consents to share such Content.
You must not post Content that reveals sensitive personal data about a Child (e.g., detailed health information, psychological reports) without explicit, additional consent and a clear educational purpose.
ShuleGram provides a venue to connect Parents with service providers ("Tutors"). ShuleGram is not a party to any agreement between Parents and Tutors and does not employ, recommend, or endorse any Tutor.
Parents are solely responsible for selecting a Tutor, negotiating terms, and supervising sessions.
While we perform verification checks on Tutors (e.g., identity, qualifications), we do not guarantee the accuracy of their credentials or the quality of their services.
You use the marketplace at your own risk.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., M-Pesa, Stripe). ShuleGram may facilitate an escrow service and dispute resolution for a fee, as described in the app.
